How to get passenger view in virtual cockpit (VC) or move inside VC?

You can move inside the virtual cockpit using these combinations:

Back:        Control + Enter
Forward:   Control + Backspace

Left:          Control + Shift + Backspace
Right:        Control + Shift + Enter

Up:           Shift + Enter
Down:       Shift + Backspace
