How do i "save" the livery I chose in X-Plane 10?

QUESTION:

How do i "save" the livery I chose? Each time I open XP 10 the generic model appears. What am I not doing?

ANSWER

Liveries in v10 don't work the same as in v9. You cannot "save" a default livery in PlaneMaker 10 and expect it to always load in v10. You'll just always have to remember to choose the livery you wish to fly in when you open the menu for the plane you're wanting to fly.

Laminar has indicated that it may provide a better solution for this in the future.
