When I enter my key / serial the installer says it is invalid number

Make sure you are not leaving any blank spaces before or after the string of characters (this usually happens when you copy and paste).

Copy the Serial and paste it in the Notepad, then copy it from there and paste it in the installer.

    Can you help me,? I bought to day C 404 Titan on Simmarket commande 1314229 ,I got the Key :1ZVGNULJB4DC79F3A5T8HRY63 and i installed Titan it works well I tried her few minutes with FSX I would like to use the gps 430RXP unseccess...So i desinstall Titan just once ...now i cant reinstall i get everytimes:the specific serial is invalid : Error 404 Thanks for your help Eric

    I am trying to re-install my Titan 404 that I purchased from Alabeo but it keeps telling me the my key FPWRXR31MEAK82C4GVLBHPYJ6 is invalid even though it is the same number I was given and is the same number I installed it with originally. I tried re-downloading it but it still does not except the serial number. I have tried copying and pasting it from notepad to no avail. very, very, frustrating I have submitted two requests and have not heard anything back from either request. sailbutc310

    I purchased the C177 Cardinal with the address
    bartolucci@alice.it which it is now temporarily disabled because it was hacked.

    Installed on FSX, P3dv2, P3dv3, P3dv3.1.
    Then I replaced the PC with another new, and I repeated installations, but a message says I have exceeded the maximum number of installations possible.
    Can you rehabilitate the key?

    I am also unable to install due to a License error. I sent in a support ticket and have not heard anything. I get error code 404, invalid liscence. My code is LU3ZKYRHCAX95BQ8VSP41GMT8   I tried everything listed here, and nothing works. Oddly enough, when I went to re-install all of my other Alabeo products they worked just fine, no issues. I only had an issue on the PA 23, from PC Aviators.

    I purchased the C177 CARDINAL II  on June 08, 2015. I just received an email stating it had been updated to P3D v4, but when I went to install the product it told me that my serial # was invalid.

    Hello, I have the same problem with R66 that I bought 11/10/2015 with order number N8XUV7CZSPG3AWLF5EJT. The new installer for P3D v4 does not recognize the serial# from the original purchase.

    You have to start a ticket. I did and it ended up the serial number was changed but it didn't reflect that change on the website.

    Come on Alabeo!  You have great aircraft and from the above it is obvious you have install problems at this time. so get the installers fixed. I have not been able to get the C-177 installed with any of the serials provided and some appear to install,but can not be found.  Help!

    I would not expect all these issues on such high quality (well I'm guessing high quality) aircraft. Seriously, I'm glad I bought the DA40 as compared to a more expensive aircraft...

    I purchased the DA42 Twinstar from SIMSHACK for p3dv4.

    It downloaded and ran fine once.

    Had to update my Pp3dv4 and now I cant get the serial number key to work. 403 error exceeded number of downloads

    Can you assist with getting my download to install?

    I have had massive problems trying to re download links only to be advised that my registration details given to me by Carenado are incorrect. I have spent quite a few hundred pounds on this software and useless. I love the products but the admin sucks. I get responses from Carenado that they have updated by reg details but they look the same to me. ARRRRGHHH No other 3rd party supplier behaves in this way

    Same here with the PA23 Aztec.

    Trying to install I have the "invalid serial" error.

    I have firewall and antivirus Off, and same error.
