If you need to reset your password just click on the "Click Here" button right next to "Forgot my password" on the login screen and after writing your email address and clicking on "Continue" a new password will be sent to your mail.
After you receive the email, you can log into your ALabeo account using this temporary password.
You can then change your password by going to the "Update my info" tab after logging in (don't forget to click on "Save" after you change your password to update your login details).
